Our co-production group

Co-production means involving people in the creation of services. It is different from the idea that people are passive recipients of services. Using co-production, we work with and learn from communities, rather than thinking we have all the answers already. We work in this way to make sure that all the services we deliver are as good as they can be. 

We recognise that there is no such thing as a ‘typical’ trans or non-binary person. Our co-production group is made up of a diverse range of trans and non-binary people with different skills, experiences and backgrounds.

Our co-production group contribute to every aspect of Indigo, including our core values, branding and marketing, clinical pathway, and the way we recruit new members of our team.
