Six months after your last treatment with Indigo, we will arrange to see you for a final review appointment, following this you will be discharged back to the care of your GP who, with support and information from the Indigo clinical team, will be able to support and mange your ongoing care.
No matter when you are discharged from the service, you can continue to access community support groups via LGBT Foundation.
Our resources and links guide outlines a number of support services currently available to trans and non-binary people across Greater Manchester. These services and community groups are independent from Indigo and can be accessed before, during and after using our services.
